Yoga is a realization in which we break patterns that shackle our souls.

Yoga is not about reaching, it is about letting go of everything that prevents the light of our inner self from illuminating our moments. It is more about letting go of everything that prevents us from experiencing who we already are.

Yoga works all aspects of being, not only the physical body, although we use the body, the vehicle we have for this walk through existence, to make our consciousness expand.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation is practiced in numerous religious. The human heart is the core of the human being.  The physical heart is also the energetic heart, the emotional heart, and a spiritual heart, for each heart reflects the common heart of humanity.

Meditation stimulates areas of the nervous system related to positive emotions. It increases the secretion of serotonin and endorphins. The activity map of the brain changes. And this is great news because it means that with proper training and perseverance we can de-model ourselves to be happier and healthier.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a combination of ancient and contemporary techniques for channeling and directing your energy by consciously controlling your breath. Practiced either seated or reclined, the classes involve slowing the breath down, speeding it up, retaining the breath for given durations, and manipulating the nostrils to direct the flow of energy through different nadis (energy channels). Depending on the practice, breathwork can leave you feeling energized, focused, calm, relaxed, or ready for sleep. Please start your journey with short simple classes and build gently.
